Great vegan location for Japan - Edit
As it is very difficult to get proper vegan food in Japan, this fine restaurant is a jewel. The interior design is great, you overlook a garden and a pond. The staff is very helpful, each dish is explained - although no english is spoken. Some dishes you get served may have a flavour like fish, however they explained it's only seaweed and purely vegan. I did not call before - but after some talk I could stay and got a fine series of dishes including tea and dessert for 2300.
