Huge vegan menu w/ fake meats - Edit
I was so happy to see that they have a whole vegan section on the menu with vegan fake meats, including shrimp, pork, beef, and chicken. We liked everything! The vegan beef was especially well seasoned.

To my taste, the summer rolls were fantastic. The Saigon noodles, just ok. I don't love the type of vegan meats they used but it really wasn't bad.

They had a stand-alone vegan menu with a dozen different options, all using tofu or vegan meats. We got the vermicelli noodle dishes and they were real yum.
