A wave a amazing sushi - Edit
Nami, which I think means wave in Japanese has a pop-up at Café Lief on three nights of the week. We already love the coffee at Lief (amazing beans from Rum Baba) so as soon as I saw that this place had a pop-up vegan sushi restaurant I wanted to visit. I have to say it was amazing. The waiter was really friendly and had a good vibe. The sushi was outstanding. How watermelon can be made into such a nice tuna-like texture is beyond me. Loved the Spicy Summer Mango Uramaki as well. The restaurant has quite a lot of outdoor seating available. This part of Haarlem is quite relaxed so it makes for a good place to enjoy this beautiful sushi.

Very tasty food - Edit
We had the It's All Good for four people, and it was all good! Good value too. Particular favourites were the smokey tofu nigiri, the smokey tofu surprise (the smoked tofu is really good) and the tahini ramen (wonderfully rich mushroomy broth).

Yes, finally some goooood vegan sushi and ramen in my hometown. Not your ordinary avocado-cucumber with dry rice maki's or bland ramen without creativity. There's a real effort here😉Sushi's are awesome; royally stuffed with tasty goodies. The creamy ramen is the absolute winner. Good food, lovely people and unforgettable cheesecake. Will come back for more!
