Amazing flavors, small amount - Edit
My son and I loved the ice cream flavors we bought. The amount was not what they have in there pictures though. The ice cream was barely to the top of the cup, definitely not heaping over like it shows. Also, had a lot of air mixed in. Don't know if they are trying to save money by making serving sizes smaller, but for more than 6 dollars each it seems a little ridiculous.

There are no words!! Haha! 😍 Green is my favorite place in PHX to eat- so it would totally make sense to love Nami! Everything they make is awesome- but that banana pudding milkshake had me rethinking some things!!! 😂😂😂😂 (and the Sunday brunches at Green are amazing as well!)

Been here twice and definitely plan to come back every time I'm in the area. Everything I've had from here is great but I particularly loved the banana cream pie topping option on vanilla soft serve--the pie crust chunks it comes with are incredible!

I wish I would have gotten soft serve but I was needing to take it to go, so I got a cookie sandwich and I was not disappointed. It was so soft and delicious and amazing. I def want to go back for ice cream but I’d get the cookie sandwich again in a heartbeat.

i haven’t been able to have something like this in a long time and nami’s soy soft serve was exactly what i was looking for! i had a minty chocolate seasonal special with devil’s food cake (i forgot what it was called) and another in my party got the peach cobbler tsoynami. they were super accommodating when it came to allergens and gluten and even suggested other options when it came to substitutions!

Read moreI got the peanut butter and chocolate vanilla soft serve. The soft serve was delicious. Peanut butter was great. Only thing I didn’t care for was the chocolate sauce. I think they use nondairy hersheys. It didn’t have the best flavor so next time I would get less or none.
My husband got the rocky road shake. He said it was alright. He also didn’t like the chocolate sauce and the chocolate chips were really hard from the cold soft serve.
The inside is cute. Staff didn’t really talk much but they weren’t rude just wasn’t too welcoming feeling.
Lots of cool things to read and pastries in the case.
There’s a restroom outside in the back.
Would come back!

Does an excellent with making treats. Seating limited, parking can b tight. Never seen short staffed and friendly customer service. Milkshake a fav, made thick and sorted cakes, cookies, etc. Not overly sugary. Ask just in case.

I have ordered many gf cakes from here for birthdays and events. I often don’t tell guests that the cake is vegan gf and people rave that it’s one of the best cakes they’ve ever had. I love being able to find things that everyone can enjoy and Nami is a perfect place for that.

You can’t make a bad decision here. I love treats, but rarely order any because they aren’t good or they are made with ingredients I don’t eat. So Nani is always good for that sugar craving needing to be satisfied.

Poor Customer Service - Edit
I have been in Nami about 5 times and customer service never no one Smiling. I choose not to spend my money here anymore. They always give you small amount of ice cream like it just threw together. No more business from me. I spend $50.00 when I go because I take my family they were disappointed at their soynami for the last time.
