Modern Korean Cuisine with Vegan options - Edit
We wanted to check out one of Chef Edward Lee’s restaurants after seeing him on cooking competition shows. This one did not disappoint! We started with the fried tofu balls which were phenomenal! I ordered another portion to go! The soy sauce with it was spectacular. We had the three kimchis to snack on across the courses. I think the beet was my favorite. The cabbage and mushroom main dish is a perfect Korean/Mediterranean cuisine blend, and the bibimbop was amazing!
