Amazing vegan pho - Edit
their vegan pho is absolutely delicious and one of best I’ve had from a flavor perspective. It could use more vegetables is only negative. They also have delicious sushi rolls some are vegetarian.

The food is very good and I’m grateful they have a few vegan options. I like the vegetarian roll inside out and get extra tofu for the ramen bowl.

Their vegan ramen is flavorful! Comes with a soy milk and vegetables broth base. Their seasoned tofu is on the sweeter side. It's a nice combination of flavors!
