Decent amount of options

The atmosphere was ok, wasn't keen on an added 12.5% service charge for only two people which seems a bit steep for a small restaurant a little out of the city centre.

By the time I dismissed all the vegetarian options, and 'hot' spiced dishes it didn't leave many mains, but I did enjoy my Chick'n Butter Masala even if still a little spicier than I'd expected.

They have desserts which is a plus, and some vegan breads and sides. I also liked the sharing starter platter. A soft four stars.

Superb Vegan food

I just had the best vegan chick'n butter masala and butter naan I have every had.

This was a great find really close to the train station.

Full of flavour, colour, and the presentation was beautiful

Pros: The taste of the food, The presentation , The team

Delicious curry

I ordered the „Korma“ curry and expected it to be served with rice - which it wasn’t. I then ordered the rice separately and had to wait some more minutes. It was probably my bad but it would have been appreciated if the staff would have asked me whether I wanted it with or without rice. The curry was very nice and definitely „mild spicy“ which I very liked.
The waiter probably had a bad day and we didn’t feel too welcome. We also had to wait several minutes until we could pay. We were the only guests in the restaurant…

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options

Top breakfast

One of the very best Indian meals I’ve ever had. It is vegetarian but with many vegan choices and vegan options for others dishes. The staff are friendly and obliging, and the food is delicious. We stayed in the hotel and breakfast was superb too. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Pros: The food was just the best, Friendly and helpful staff, Great breakfast too

Great

Attentive, friendly staff and great selection of food. I really enjoyed my chana masala and biryani rice combo, and my staunch meat-eater father enjoyed the vegan chicken korma! It's also good that they have spice ratings of the dishes on the menu. Only negatives were that the "gluten free" bhajis are cooked in the same oil as things with gluten, which is misleading and annoying for my mum who has a gluten allergy, so be careful with that, but the server was able to offer her poppadoms instead. Also they add a 12.5% service charge to the bill!

Indian gem to discover in Norwich

We happened to be staying nearby and thought we would give this restaurant a go. Everything was absolutely delicious! There were many dishes that we had tried in India (street food) but had never seen in a restaurant in Europe. Several mock meats (lamb, chicken, shrimp) but also simple veggie curries. Staff was extremely friendly. Menu indicates ingredients very clearly.

Pros: Nearly everything is vegan or can be made vegan, Lots of gluten free options, Mix of traditional and modern Indian cuisine
