I love that the menu has a separate vegan page! The pancakes are really good and the vibe is cool with good music. Only "bad" thing is that I've never managed to try a sweet pancake since I'm always so full from the savory one.

They have 10 different vegan pancakes to choose from: 4 savoury vegan options including 4 vegan sauce options, 4 sweet options and sauces and also 2 monthly vegan specials.
My first visit I had the Cajon, the vegan pancake of the month with smoked tofu, vegan cheese, coconut bacon, green beans, spinach and mango curry sauce on the side.
The second time I had the vegan Samba, a pancake with caramelized apple and I ordered cherry sauce to go with it.
I will definitely go back as there are so many vegan options. The best pancakes in bydgoszcz!
