Epic woodfired vegan pizza - Edit
Top quality vegan cheese, amazing dough and pizza sauce. Impressive vegan options for a traditional Italian woodfire pizzeria. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is that they serve some meat pizzas, but at least half the menu is or can be vegan. Eating area is not suited to large groups, best for small groups or takeaway. Update: this place now does have a vegan ricotta, so even more variety of pizzas that can be vegan. 🙂

Best In The West - Edit
There are many pizzerias in Sydney, however very few actually make pizza. Fortunately for the citizens of the great west, I can confirm that Naked Flame are in fact one of the few joints that do, and damn do they produce!
Read moreThus far I've tried five of their pizzas; the garlic, marg, mushy, potato, and a winter veggie one. All of which were sublime. My only explanation is the pazzaiolo has to be a genius!
For the record, let it be known that I will personally be nominating the kitchen crew for the 2018 Nobel prizes in chemistry, physics and peace.
