Vegan treat heaven - Edit
The best doughnuts I’ve ever tried - you have to try the biscoff one! The staff are all absolutely lovely, the decor is really great, the food is delicious, and of course, the cakes and doughnuts are out of this world. It’s worth coming to Edinburgh just for the biscoff doughnut alone! My friend said that they were the best doughnuts he’d ever tried, and he isn't vegan or vegetarian. Amazing place!

Best place I visited in Edinburgh - Edit
Certainly, the best baked goods, by far. The Scottish breakfast was very good, along with the coffee. I spoke with the owner, a delightful woman with a passion for her craft. Two thumbs up for this place.

Incredible bakery - Edit
We found this place just round the corner from our hotel, and wow, we were impressed! Even though we had a train to catch, we made sure to pop here first for the full Scottish breakfast (me), macaroni cheese toastie (my partner) and a doughnut each. I was pleasantly full after my breakfast and really impressed with all the different aspects of it - black pudding, bacon, beans, toast etc. They have really made an effort and it shows! The staff are well-informed and knowledgeable and really know how to sell you the food (not that it was difficult haha). All I can say it, it's good for my waistline and my wallet that I don't live in Edinburgh!

Gem of a find - Edit
I always prefer to go to independent coffee places over big chains, and with this having vegan cake it was a no brainier! I had a delicious pumpkin spice latte and a big chunk of birthday cake and it was really tasty. They also had take out options if you didn’t have time to sit in. Need more places like this in the UK!

Good breakfasts and doughnuts - Edit
Tried 3 of the breakfasts and they were really yummy. The biscoff being the favourite. The breakfasts were really good.. scrambled tofu could’ve been a bit more flavoured but the sausage was really tasty and overall it was great. The lady that runs it is super friendly and welcoming.

Wow! - Edit
Well, very fancy! Really beautifully decorated inside, and amazingly decorated cakes! I had the scrambled tofu on sourdough which was lovely (though perhaps a little pricey at £9 I think), and one of the filled donoughts - very tasty and not overly sweet. Staff very friendly and efficient. Tea served on 'gold' chinaware!

Tasty doughnuts - Edit
A lovely vegan bakery/cafe in central Edinburgh. I popped in to get a couple of doughnuts to take away. They were as tasty as they were beautifully decorated. Next time I'm in Edinburgh I'll be sure to call in for some food and coffee as well. On top of everything, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Generous, friendly and delicious - Edit
Stopped by during the Fringe for coffee and cake. Had coconut milk lattes, which were delicious, made using one of the most amazing machines I've seen and in the biggest, most luxurious mugs. The cakes were garishly iced, which was a bit off putting, but the slices were generous and the cake (lemon drizzle) fabulous. There was a choice of 4 big cakes and many cup cakes. As it was the end of the day, we were given some cup cakes to give away as they would only have gone to waste.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! I wish I had been in Edinburgh longer just so I could have eaten here more times. The full Scottish breakfast is an absolute must as well as their donuts (I suggest getting some to go 😉) the owners are super friendly and pleasant to talk to. Would suggest this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh!
