More Improvements Needed

I arrived home and found a box at my doorstep. Unsealed with an odd number of cookies. They're es a Thank You for Ordering card inside. Nothing else. A friend contacted me to ask how I liked her gift. I had no idea who it was from, how many cookies were suppose to be there etc. Did the delivery driver have a few? No idea since box was not sealed. No ingredient list, no idea what the macros were and thankfully I'm not allergic to peanuts or gluten but someone else might not be that lucky. The flavor of the cookies were "ok" not great. Appears some kind of oil was used but no idea since there is not a list of ingredients.

Here in Naples, we have great vegan bakeries. This company needs to go back and revise their recipe and procedures.
