Separate vegan menu - Edit
Finally had a nice vegan dinner while on vacation. They have a separate vegan menu with 3 options: blackened tofu, cauliflower steak, and teriyaki tofu. The chef made my kids small sized teriyaki tofu dishes perfect for them. Service was great and very accommodating. They only have indoor seating.

Separate Menu - Edit
First time at Fork and Flask since the pandemic and was thrilled to see that they brought back the vegan/vegetarian menu. These items are not listed on their regular menu so be sure to ask for the separate menu. There weren't as many options on the separate nearby as there had been previously, but I was thrilled to have 3 vegan options to choose from. I had the marinated tofu with rice and broccoli and it was delicious. Definitely recommend. Refreshing to see a restaurant at the beach that has vegan options!

Great Veg Food in Rehoboth - Edit
We’d heard about the vegan brunch but were in town on a different weekend, and the menu on the website wasn’t vegan friendly - so wasn’t expecting a lot. We called and the host walked through a wide range of diverse vegan options, asked for specifics about our dietary preferences, and had a preprinted veg*n menu ready when we arrived. Had the tofu Korean bbq, which was delicious and had just the right amount of spice. One of very few good vegan options at this beach - would definitely come back.

Ask for the special menus! - Edit
This restaurant has a special (separate) vegetarian menu with vegan options and they are also happy to substitute menu items. There are vegan desserts, as well, and a monthly vegan brunch. An additional special menu is featured every Tuesday from May-September and that menu also contained vegan options. There’s also a special gluten free menu. Really tasty food and very friendly staff!

Vegan brunch! - Edit
Only decent vegan breakfast/brunch around! They are full supporters of local VegFest and feature a vegan brunch once a month. The brunch is an all you can eat buffet with varying choices each time, always delicious for all tastes. They do salads, oats, waffles, hash, toast, organic coffee and tea, sweets, etc. they also have a vegan menu that changes seasonally and usually have some sort of dessert they can whip up. Very tasty cocktails too.

I would have not known they had vegan options if it weren't for the first review here, and then calling them to make sure (their website features only the regular menu). They had a separate vegetarian menu with a few vegan options within. Absolutely amazing food, one of the best meals I've ever had. The atmosphere is upscale yet relaxed, service was wonderful, and the price range was surprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend!!!!

This review is for their monthly Brunch! - Edit
Their monthly vegan brunch buffet is amazing! I sampled almost everything served. Well worth the $20. This includes, entree, dessert, coffee, tea etc. Highlights were the buckwheat pancakes, avocado toast, tempeh bacon, gluten free pastry, brussel sprouts stir fry and sweet potato hash. Wish I lived closer!
