Only so-so vegan entrees - Edit
Since Naga Thai Bistro was new in town, we went there well knowing that there were already several other vegan choices nearby. After notifying our waiter that we wanted only vegan dishes, we ordered the Pad Thai, the green curry, and the eggplant tofu. Although portions were big enough, they were smaller than other Thai restaurants in Elk Grove. The curry was somewhat lacking in the amount of vegetables included. Make sure to ask whether the dish comes with rice - you may not need any more (and specify brown rice - it's actually a blend). Our waiter was young and somewhat inexperienced. The flavors of all three dishes were good. Only about 1/4 of the menu was able to be "vegan-ized" (denoted by a green star next to the item); our waiter indicated that only the green-starred items were vegan choices.

Pros: Location - at Laguna and Franklin, Fast service, Tasty food - nice brown rice
Cons: Somewhat smaller portions, General lack of vegetables in all dishes, Apparently not able to "vegan-ize" other dishes
