Fresh, delicious salads - Edit
I went here with low expectations, but found the salads to be fresh and delicious and there was a lot of variety.

The staff also spoke English and I'm sure they would be happy to explain what is in the salads if you wanted to ask.
Definitely a great place for veggies and vegans looking for a meal in Aalborg.

Nadia's is a local fast-food sandwich place (think Subway) with a decent salad bar. They're mostly known for their meat-based sandwiches, but recently they've started introducing a lot of vegan alternatives. They're often a bit slow with orders, so I recommend ordering online if you're in a rush. This location usually has free seating, and it's about as clean as other fast-food places.
Read moreThe falafel sandwich is good enough IF AND ONLY IF you ASK THEM TO WARM THE FALAFELS. If you don't, it'll be hard and rubbery and dry and that's not very pleasant.
Their vegan panini is very aubergine-y, which is nice if you like aubergines, but might take a second getting used to. Probably my go-to there.
The salad bar has a good variety and an okay price (by danish standards). It serves animal products too, so maybe don't use it if you're sensitive to cross-contamination. Ask about veganness if you're in doubt.
They have other vegan options that I have not tried.
You get a 10% discount if you show a student card.

Fast Food aux options vegans sympas - Edit
C'est super pour manger pas trop cher à Aalborg. Possible de composer sa salade, sinon burgers, paninis et sandwichs sont proposés. Plusieurs options veganes, notamment un panini assez sympa (avec légumes grillés). Ça reste une chaîne de fast food mais à la qualité plutôt honnête.

Scrumptious vegan grilled panini! - Edit
A few months ago Nadias Sandwich launched 4 new sandwiches - three vegan and one vegetarian. So far I've only had the vegan grilled panini but damn it's sooo good! I regret I didn't try this earlier! 😋 They also have a salad bar.

Nadias used to be a good place to grab a meal at, but things have been getting worse and worse. Their salad bar contains food that has been staying there for I don't know how long, it starts to smell and it tastes sour and funky. Every time I get a salad I can taste the sourness.
Read moreI went and ordered one of their new vegan sandwiches, but I noticed that the girl making it didn't wear any gloves and she was papering a meat sandwich before mine plus touching everything around her, dealing with payments ect. 🤢 The hygiene is below any standard in those places and I am so done getting any food from there, there are way better places in Aalborg.

The vegan option is a falafel sandwich which is dry and just sad. The only time I would go back is if I was extremely hungry. The fries were alright though.

This place makes a pretty nice sandwich or salad, and is great for just stopping in, getting some food, and moving on. I do miss some more vegan options, because I personally never get a salad, and then there's just a falafel sandwich to choose.

The sallad part of this place might come off as miniscule, but they have tons of super fresh and delicious ingredients. The sandwich part of the place leaves a bit to be desired in terms of vegan options but their falafel bun is pretty good!
