Vegan pizza at Third Space Brewing.

This food truck outside Third Space has vegan pizza and Italian “nachos.” Really liked the personal tree-hugger pizza and was pleasantly surprised that they use Miyokos cheese. I’m not sold on the concept of Italian nachos but glad to see a vegan option.

Pros: Vegan options clearly marked , Uses miyokos mozzarella , No up-charge for vegan

Cons: Only 2 options (more than lots of MKE places tho)
