Decent burritos - Edit
We couldn't find any vegan or vegetarian places near Fondation Louis Vuitton (where we'd visited the amazing Rothko retrospective), so we ended up here for lunch. Its a fairly standard burrito shop where you tell them what fillings you want and they stuff & roll it for you. You can get a vegan option with veggie chilli, roast peppers, beans, guacamole etc. Just make sure that they don't add cheese or sour cream. We had a large burrito each and it was filling & tasty enough. As ever with this kind of place, there's a danger of cross contamination between vegan & meat/dairy options so maybe its not for if you're worried about the risk.

There was a vegan chili option for the fajitas, which was very tasty. On the whole I found the experience overpriced and mediocre for what is really just fast food

If you’re looking for a fast lunch in this aerea, that’s a pretty good place! There are a lot of vegan fillings from which to choose, including a soy replace for meat.
