Awesome pizza! - Edit
Always yummy, every pizza we've had was amazing, as well as the cinnamon bread, garlic bread, sandwiches, and the Shawarma wrap. I could drink the garlic sauce. Also, the owner is very sweet.

Absolutely spectacular - Edit
I ordered the falafel wrap with fries and it was beyond flavorful and so so filling!! My family is non-vegan and they were pleasantly surprised with the results of their pizzas and that’s honestly an amazement itself coming from them.

High quality, vegan, good menu - Edit
Lots of options. Not too expensive. Not too heavy. Restaurant with a bakery is always awesome. Really really good. We ordered several things and everything was great. Will be back for sure, excited to try more on the menu.

Horrible - Edit
Based off the good reviews, my husband and I ordered from here. It was really bad. Pita bread was cold and in a store bought bag, the “chicken” was…. Flimsy, cold, slimy and flavorless. Like.. I’m blown away at any positive reviews here. Maybe we got a really bad night??? But it was the worst vegan food I have had in years. I’m only here visiting and was extremely excited to try it! Very disappointed.

Amazing 100% Vegan Restaurant - Edit
I’m from WA state and in town visiting family. I was so excited when I found a vegan restaurant nearby. I’ve been twice in two days as my family has a hard time w/ my veg diet. The falafel is amazing. I got a pizza today, and it was fantastic. The cake balls are out of this world. It’s an adorable little restaurant, and I can’t believe the low prices! Menu items would be twice the price in WA. SO glad I found this little gem!

Wonderful family owned restaurant! - Edit
We have visited Nabati multiple times and have tried nearly everything on the menu. We always have to get at least one of the homemade pastries. Delicious! The new pizzas are great too. Bbq Chikn pizza is a favorite.

All vegan - looked amazing in photos - Edit
It was okay. If we are in the neighborhood we will visit again. But we won’t go out of our way. We got the margarita pizza on hand thrown crust. The sauce was good, mostly fresh tomatoes. The sampler plate: The best part was the felafel which was flavorful and not oily. The chicken shawarma plate, the pea protein chicken really was like chicken in texture and taste. Nothing was bad. But no real standouts either. We got two kinds of baklava, date cookies and an apricot square, for desert. Meh.

Mediterranean Heaven! - Edit
The location is great, really close to my house. Always very kind whenever I visit. The inside decor is cute and mesmerizing. I really just wanted to write a review on their rice, I have to say its the best rice I've ever had and usually I asked for 2 servings of it haha! Their supreme pizza is absolutely delicious as well.

New Favourite Restaurant - Edit
Called in my order while passing through OK City on a road trip and loved everything about this restaurant! I ordered the Classic Veggie Pizza, Falafel Wrap, Mezza Sample Platter, 3 different kinds of Baklava and the lovely cashier even threw in some Cake Balls at no charge. The Pizza crust was perfectly thin/crunchy and the sauce/cheese/topping ratio was spot on. The Falafel was superb they even put the pickles on the side so the wrap doesn't get soggy. I really liked the Tabbouleh and Grape Leaves in the Sampler, not so crazy about the stuffed cabbage leaves. I appreciate that the server/website clarifies that the sweets do not contain honey. Additionally, it was nice to see 2 crosses behind the counter. If possible, I would eat here every night of the week!

Absolutely what I needed! - Edit
In town for work and was excited to see this place near where I was staying the night. I picked up some stuffed cabbage leaves, cashew baclava and walnut/pistachio baclava for dinner, all of it was fantastic. I also got the chick'n shawarma plate for breakfast and mujadarah plate for lunch/dinner. I could only be happier if I could eat more in one sitting or wasn't working such long hours and able to get there for dinner again tonight!

I’m happy & hooked! - Edit
I was 100% impressed with Nabati 🧿🌱I actually live part time in the Middle East and know exactly what to expect form this type of cuisine. Being a vegan and gluten free establishment is a rare gem in the US. I was beyond impressed with the flavor & cleanliness of my food. Of course the deserts were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the ability to safely order whatever I wanted. There was a happy vibe of middle eastern music playing and beautiful tiled floors. I will definitely return later this week to taste test the other plate options. Can’t wait to see this place blossom in the OKC community.

Vegan and Omni diners loved it! - Edit
I brought dinner home for four, and everyone said it was great! I loved the sampler plate. Everything was a good value. An omni friend said they wouldn't have known the shawarma was Vegan, if we hadn't told him, so this place will please everyone! Lots of tasty dessert options, with baklava, cakes and cookies. Will eat here again for sure, I just wish they were open later than 6, so we have a better chance of getting dinner there.

Finally, some good Vegan Mediterranean - Edit
Nabati was a wonderful experience for my wife and I. Period. They have an amazing selection of authentic Mediterranean foods. Cabbage rolls, meat pies, stuffed grape leaves, etc. are all made by hand in-house. Nobody does that here! Most dolmas I get are greasy and from a can. Not here! This, coupled with the lovely inviting interior immediately impressed me.
Read moreI got the sampler platter, which was the most expensive thing on the menu at a whopping $8.99 lol (Aug 2019 prices). My wife got the falafel sandwich w/ fries. I was most impressed with their baba ganoush which was rich, creamy, and smokey. We also got to try their meat pies (Gardein based), spinach pies, and.... Baklava! That's right. Crispy, rich, aromatic vegan baklava. We were blown away.
Customer service was excellent and the staff were sweet enough to send us home with a little goody bag of more dessert samples. You can tell that a lot of thought and love has gone into Nabati by means of the decor, menu, and mission. It is the most affordable vegan place in Oklahoma City by far. Top notch vegan desserts all $3 or less (most $1.50 or less). Hearty lunch or dinner choices at $6-$8. Take home meals around $5. It really is an exceptional deal.
I have a few minor critiques, which is expected from a place so new.
-I personally like bold hummus. Theirs was more understated. If they could upgrade it to be on the same level as their baba ganoush I would be happier. Maybe more garlic, or lemon, or tahini, I'm not sure. I'll update if this changes. Wife thought it was fine.
-There wasn't really a clear place to fill up water cups, which is kind of needed on a hot Oklahoma day. I didn't ask, so this could just be on me.
-Flatware for dine-in was disposable plastic. I'd like to be able to recycle them and other items.
We will be back for sure. Top notch. I hope to work my way through the menu and upcoming specials eventually.
Pros: Good Value, Wide range of choices, Tasty
Cons: Simpler hummus than I prefer, Didn't see a water station, Recycling would be a nice addition
