This place is really small but homey! The food is delicious, home made. We loved it everytime we went there!

Charming Atmosphere and descent food

I really loved the atmosphere! 3 or 4 young women behind the bar were cooking, chatting, laughing together and i felt immediatly comfortable.
They cook 3 dishes every day and a soup. We arrived a little late and one of the dishes was sold out but they improvised a risotto with beetroot that was very good. I also had salad, pumpkin with almond and a cheese filled pastry. Everything was very good even if it wasn't "haute cusine". So if you are looking for healthy food that doesn't cost too much you are absolutely at the right place.

Pros: Reasonable Prices, Super friendly staff, Healthy food

Cons: No fancy food

A Great Find!

I went in for a vegan lunch and they informed me that there is no menu but they do set dishes so I got a mix of them, the food was brilliant! Both nutritional and delicious, can’t really fault it! The mushrooms were the best bit!
The coffee was also great but went very cold very quickly.
2 coffees and 1 large plate of food came to €7.30! Excellent all round.

Pros: Beautiful Food, Great Coffee, Friendly Staff

Cons: No vegan dessert

Food for the soul

We visited Koper and found this little restaurant thanks to Happy Cow. The menu changes everyday, 3 different meals and one soup are offered. Very friendly (kid friendly!) staff, very good meals, frequented mostly by locals. We came for two days straight but than had to return home, sadly. We are planning to return to Slovenia next year and are excited to eat there again.

Best place in Koper

We where quit late, but he gave us everything he had left. It was a delicious home cooked style meal. Clean food. Tasteful. The owners are suuuuper friendly. Because it was near closing time, he gave us left over soup!!!! Definitely recommend this place!

Very friendly and tasty!

It is a Vegetarian restaurant, but They tried their best to offer us a vegan menu when we asked, which was very tasty. Very very friendly for our little daughter, they brought some toys for her to play. They even offered to get some local drink from the supermarket because I mentioned that I liked it. It was a wonderfull experience rating here!

freshly made veg food in the center of Koper

Cozy and nice place to eat at. The staff is very kind and friendly, the food is freshly made, cheap and tasty! I liked the possibility to choose mixed bowl. And don't forget to ask for vegan desserts!

Superb

Simple interior, but made with love. The food is very good. Fresh cooked, and well tasted. Everyday Anka created a new menue,. We always took of each something. Quinoa with Butter and Parmesan, beetroots salad, springrolls, cauliflower. zucchinisoup, baked beans, pearl barley- delicous. And the Price is unbeatable cheap. We loved it.

delicious, colorful, nice place and people

We had lunch here and will come back! The food was delicious, absolutely inexpensive (5,5 Euro for a complete meal: soup and a plate with 3 different vegan dishes on it) colorful, nice place and really people and owner. Directly in the center of Koper, easy to eat here while driving to croatia for example.

Cosy and tasty

In Na Stopnickah, they have a daily changing menu with an option to have a bit of everything. The staff were super friendly and the food was already prepared so there was little waiting time. The food was mostly very good and filling.

Delicious food, very nice stuff, interesting ambient, acceptable prices... One meal is vegetarian, one vegan and one raw, so eveybody gets what they want, they also mix meals, so you can try them all. Also meals are not small, my male friend was not leaving hungry :)

awesome food by the sea :)

We went there for lunch, couldn't decide what to eat so they made us a plate with everything. they are vegetarian restaurant, but they will make you a vegan plate without any problems. they are very friendly :) we loved it!

Great value, really nice Falafel

After sitting down I heard other people present say some stuff about the Rothschilds and Rockefellers. Then a dude came, looked into my eyes and told me: Hello, I am XY and I am here to inform you about the ****, the people living in Palestine today... you know who I am talking about. So I felt very much at home. The Falafel was absolutely great, the soup healthy and the apple juices yummy! Great value and very nice people! Will come again! Thank you for the informations!

great vegan food great people !

100% legit vegan food made with love. Eddie and his partner are the Slovakian Vegan Ambassadors turning tables and as they crank out wonderful food. I'm always amazed how local culture can be make vegan food distinct to them, and this wonderful place is the best example! After the warm greeting, I was told there was no menu and they would just bring me soup and the lunch platter. After I saw the food on other tables, I was quite alright with that plan. I had two grain burgers, a large pepper dressed with oil, salad, and a kelp noodle in a creamy sauce. DELISH! Very small coffee shop feel. If you have to wait, don't worry they turn tables fast because they are top notch operators. God bless them !

Home cooked cheap food

This is a cozy restaurant located in the old town, quite easy to find with a big sign. Had a wonderful out door seating with home made beer with lovely fruit tastes.

Offered very cheap and directly made food by hand. Family owned and offers new and varying meals every day. The staff was super friendly and helpful, showing lots of love and respect to their costumers.
