Mysha Café ticks all the boxes. - Edit
Mysha is the name of Daryna's dog and (not coincidentally) the name of this dog-friendly lunch café in the middle of the Östra Storgatan shopping street. Daryna and her sister started the café after they fled Ukraine and found refuge in Sweden.

I had a salad with lentils and tofu and a chocolate cake with my coffee. Very tasty!
It can sometimes be a challenge to find a place with good food, multiple vegan options on the menu and a nice atmosphere in southern Sweden. Mysha Café ticks all the boxes.
