The vegan fish bahn mi is amazing. They always have a vegan bao bun available, vegan crispy spring rolls, and vegan meaty flaky pastry. Ask about what the vegan options for the day are from the hot deli. I had the curry before and the veggies and tofu were fresh and delicious.

I got the fish banh mi, a bun and a pate. They have several vegan banh mi to choose from and have vegan mayo so you don't have to order it dry and apply your own veganaise. The bun and pate could have used some sauce or something. I thoroughly enjoyed the banh mi, I'll be back to try the other varieties.
