Completely satisfied - Edit
It’s been hard to find dishes that are 100% veggies. I’m so glad they have a vegetable dish. Their miso soup with mushrooms is so delicious. My body has just been revived. 😂

13 Gault Millau points. Careful, it's seasonal - Edit
Haven't tried it yet but they've earned 13 Gault Millau points so it can be assumed they know their stuff. Note that the restaurant is only open in summer and winter, currently closed until December 9th.

Really good food. Staff need education - Edit
People working at the restaurant are friendly, but don't realise several items on the menu are marked vegan.
Read moreAfter explaining that these items are vegan, the waiter agreed to give us a table. The overall good was absolutely delicious and high quality. Also the assortment of vegetables was delicious! They really know how to cook well.
Expensive but worth the treat!
If you are happy to educate, go here and enjoy a great meal!
Pros: Some vegan options, Delicious
Cons: Expensive, Staff need education

Delicious food, but not cheap - Edit
I should have realised that this place was going to be expensive. Japanese restaurants and Switzerland are not exactly a budget combination!
Read moreThat said, we ordered a variety of vegan dishes from the menu and they were all really delicious and prepared to a high standard. Service was also excellent.
The restaurant is conveniently located in the centre of Zermatt and has loads of outdoor seating.
Pros: High quality food, Good service, Outdoor seating
Cons: Expensive
