Limited options but friendly staff - Edit
Nice location near the marina, the staff are always super friendly, menu is limited, however, I really enjoy the vine leaves and fava dip, they also do grilled veggies and stuffed tomato. Best to communicate and they are happy to adapt.

Veg food in a non-veg area - Edit
Greek and Maltese cuisine. Lots of Greek salads, pizzas etc. Some vegetarian options (contains cheese). Unfortunately only the Greek salad appears to vegan.
