Wonderful Surprise - Edit
Stopped to charge the car and looked at their menu. Had the vegan ramen and agedashi tofu. Both delicious and filling. Fresh ingredients that I greatly enjoyed. Will definitely keep this spot in mind when traveling through.

Great option for area with limited vegan options - Edit
The server was very accommodating and understood what “vegan” meant (suggesting plain rice instead of fried rice due to the egg and a spring roll instead of a gyoza). The tofu teriyaki bento box was too much fried food so we ordered a side of steamed veggies which was perfect.

Lots of clearly marked vegetarian options, not sure how many of them were/could be made also vegan. There is one clearly marked vegan option which is the vegetarian ramen.

Read moreThe food is well prepared and delicious. I drained my ramen with crispy tofu. My partner's tempura batter was so light and tasty (I ate her veggies lol.)
Pros: Vegetarian ramen with crispy tofu was outstanding, Quiet atmosphere, easy to converse, Service was attentive and accurate

Vegan options right off I-80 - Edit
It can be challenging to find vegan options along I-80, but this place is right off the interstate & has clearly marked, delicious vegan options. The vegan ramen was great — flavorful and filling. The service was fast and friendly. We’ll be stopping again the next time we’re traveling across Nebraska!
