A Reliable Thai Choice in Queenstown 🇳🇿

Good Thai options in Queenstown! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food came out pretty quick which was great.

Best Thai in q-town so far

Great service and even better food.
Ask for extra chilli on the side.

Satisfying for the whole family

I came here for dinner after arriving pretty late to Queenstown and most places were closed. There were many clearly labeled vegan options on the menu. I got the chili basil tofu, which was good but didn’t blow my mind. My non-veg parents were happy with their dishes, too.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Clear labeling, Good location

Cons: Was definitely understaffed

Amazing! Can’t wait to go back

We went for the $18 lunch deal, was expecting maybe one tofu dish. We were wowed by the amount of really thought out vegan food on the menu. We got 6 skewers(tofu, pineapple and jackfruit, and mushroom) tofu, chilli and basil fried rice(lunch menu), the noodle curry dish(I forgot the name, also on the lunch deal menu) and and the coconut tempeh. We also had the Thai lemon iced tea. All was so so amazing, can’t wait to go back for an evening meal to try more of their dishes. Most impressive vegan menu I’ve seen in Queenstown so far, and lovely staff. Make sure you leave a big tip, they deserve it!

Delicious lunch spot

Views over Lake Wakitipu and really welcoming staff who showed us the vegan menu and clearly explained the different options. We had the Khao Soi (lunch special) - outstanding, dumplings - delicious, coconut tempeh - also delicious, and tofu sticks - average but the green pepper garlic dip was amazing. Great flavours, would really recommend.

Pros: Very clear on vegan options , Friendly staff, Views over the lake

Cons: None

Really good vegan selection

It’s nice to find a place with a big range of veg/vegan options. We had sweet and sour tofu (really yum but could have had more tofu in it), roti (which was incredibly deep fried and not flaky) dumplings and the peanut sauce. The food was quite yum and I think we will come back to try more. Nice view and nice staff.

Solid Thai food

Had the Khoa Soi, which is a bit hard to find outside of Thailand, and was very happy with l the order. Only drawback was there was a bit too much wonton noodles. If you like this you’ll love the Laksa at Mamma Woo which I think is better. Both vegan! (Though you will have to ask for no egg at Mamma Woo)

Average Thai

There were several vegan options. I had the Pad Kee Mao noodles and vegan dumplings, noodles were average, dumplings were good. Extra points for options.

Super yum

Service was great! Helpful staff who were personable and professional.

Great selection of food and a clearly marked vege/vegan section. Food was beautiful and heat/spice level was on point.
We got tofu skewers with a satay dipping sauce, a medium-heat green curry, hot pad kee mao (drunken noodles), and a tapioca pearl dessert. All great quality and would definitely go back and order the same!

Awesome!

They have lots of great vegan options and the staff were very knowledgeable and understanding of vegan food and requirements. My friend asked for a vegetarian meal and they double checked about oyster sauce and eggs, and then asked about any food allergies. They're extremely accommodating with lots of delicious vege and vegan options. Highly recommend, I'll be visiting again next time I'm on Queenstown!

Pros: Lots of yummy vegan options!, Staff have excellent knowledge of vegan diet, Cool decor and great view

Delicious food

This place did not disappoint. The menu is well labelled and the staff knowledgeable about what’s vegan. We tried the vegan dumplings, Tom kha gai soup, papaya salad, jackfruit and pineapple skewers and soy skewers with peanut sauce - everything was delicious. The service was good too. Only downside is that it is on the pricier side.

Pros: Well labelled menu , Good service, Yummy food

Cons: Pricy
