Cute cafe

Nice breakfast menu with veggie options that can easily be made vegan.
Vegan cakes and alternative mills available.
Unfortunately didn’t have what we wanted at the time, and considering we were there early morning was a bit disappointing
But what we did have was super tasty.
Nice atmosphere to the place, lots of greenery.
Staff were kind.
A good cafe for both vegan/veggies and meat eaters to easily eat together.

Pros: Choice to make food vegan, The aesthetic

Cons: Didn’t have original choice :(

“Ethically sourced” but serves animal products..?

We were looking for a cosy café to get some remote work done and ended up here. The seating could’ve been slightly comfier and the temperature a bit cooler, but overall we enjoyed it. We just ordered drinks (of which they have many and offer 3 types of plant milk) but noticed they had several vegan items on the menu. Considering the amount of excellent vegan restaurants in Chiang Mai, I wouldn’t suggest going out of your way for this place, but it is in a very convenient location if you’re visiting the night market.

The main thing I didn’t like about this place, and the reason I give it only 2 stars (meaning “needs improvement”), is their claim of “ethically sourced” ingredients. It feels very insincere to write that on the front page of your menu when the vast majority of your dishes contain meat and dairy. On top of that, they charge 15 baht extra for plant milk, so even if you personally try and make a more ethical choice, you are penalised for it. I hope they rethink this in the future.

Pros: Cosy atmosphere ☕️, Locally sourced ingredients 🚛

Cons: Not vegan ☠️, Not many options 🤷‍♀️, Charge extra for plant milk 💰
