The most delicious arepas

This is the best place in mindo for vegan arepas. The guacamole is amazing and so are the black beans. Ask for the veggie option without cheese. The guacamole comes with nachos and is amazing too. Not many other options but the arepas are worth going here for.

Arepas and hummingbirds

Not a lot of veggie options (but to be fair, the menu is pretty compact overall), but the veggie arepa is nice (the make the bun fresh). They also have veggie empanada (same filling als the arepa I believe) and mandoca.

I liked it, good taste. Good guacamole (very garlic-y though).

And there are loads of hummingbirds flying around, so that's nice.
