CLOSED: My Little Health

As it says, this is a very little store, but it had a good range of products. I loved all of the vegan baking that was on display in the cabinet. I tried a piece of the caramel slice and it was delicious!!! Will definitely be going back next time I'm in town!

we found this place by accident as we have only been in brisbane for two days now. we noticed a sandwich board on the sidewalk with vegan facts on one side and a list of their offerings on the other. this little shop is super cute and has a great selection of all sorts of things. for the most part everything is packaged. their homemade bakery cabinet was the highlight. we got two cupcakes and they were absolutely fantastic. clearly labeled. i can't wait to go back when i actually need something. prices seemed very reasonable as a lot of stuff seemed to be from overseas.

I decided to venture into Elizabeth Arcade after quite some time and i noticed that a whole food store had emerged since my last visit. As a lover of all things raw, vegan and gluten free - I entered the store with expectations of high dollar figures which i have been struck with before in "Whole Food" shops. On this occasion though, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices - knowing what the general buying price for most of the stock is. I was impressed with the variety of stock and was happy to see products from all over the world - a lot of them also originating here in Queensland which was refreshing to see. The dessert cabinet was a dream - every item bar one (a gluten free brownie) was completely vegan, with heaps of them also containing no gluten - Winning! Picked myself up one of the store's house-made vegan Salted Caramel cupcakes and it honestly was one of the best cupcakes I've ever eaten. Also picked up some Annie's Organic Salad Dressing, Some PB2 (they have sachets, medium or large packs!!), Flavor God and some stevia for my trip home. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stock up on some inexpensive vegan ingredients, or wanting a guilt-free treat in the CBD area.

This place tucked away in the Elizabeth Arcade (under Govindas) is a good vegetarian/ vegan and raw find. Lots of vegan staples including a good selection of Lara bars from the US. I have also tried the vegan cupcakes and they are tasty. Not dry and a good cake to icing ratio. Highly recommend.

I'm so glad I found this little health food store today! It has a wide range of amazingly healthy products that I havent been able to find anywhere else and also super friendly, knowledgeable service. Definitely going back!
