Love the bowls and Bahn mi!

They have a big assortment of vegetables! Very crispy tofu and a plant-based meat option too for the bahn mi! It’s a quick make your own bowl or sandwich type of restaurant and relatively affordable, love it!

Pros: Quick , Love the crispy tofu

Quite possible the best vegan banh mi I’ve ever had. You can make it with Impossible “pork” or tofu.

Wish this was a chain

I loved this place. As a mostly-raw vegan, I can eat here easily. I had a build-your-own bowl with a lettuce base, I added tofu this time, and all the other fresh & pickled veggie toppings, peanuts, and vegan vinaigrette. It was really delicious. I'm sensitive to MSG--the only items with MSG were the meat topping, which I wouldn't eat anyway. I did the take-out option, so can't comment on the dine-in. Their bowls are paper-based.

All their toppings are vegan, and 3 of their sauces are vegan. Other bases for the bowls are noodles, banh mi, and brown and white rice. Their vegan bites include crispy tofu, fresh rolls, and Impossible "egg" rolls.

This should be a chain.

Pros: Bases, toppings and half the sauces are vegan. , Protein includes tofu & Impossible "meat", Friendly staff

Cons: Dine-in ambience

Finally.. Proper Vegan Vietnamese - Westside

Had a delicious vegan bowl made with Impossible vegan meat. One of the owners mentioned that they offer the first Vietnamese Eggrolls made vegan with Impossible Meat.

The pork balls in this dish will finally give vegans a real taste of traditional Vietnamese food without skimping on anything.

At over 20 dollars, the bowl is not cheap, but was definitely worth every penny.

Pros: Great food, Lovely owners
