Ramen vegan - Edit
Mi è piaciuto il piatto, a base di riso e salse al curry. Hanno aggiunto anche spezie e il risultato era bello pepato, e comunque equilibrato.

Bland food but nice vibes - Edit
This was close to my hotel and had good veg options. It was easy to customise and they was a good range. But it was expensive for mediocre food. I also had veg balls and they were cold. The drink was nice and the vibe of the place was nice!

Good value for money - Edit
I ordered a deal of the day - vegan Asian peanut butter bowl with lemonade for less than 10 euro. Food was decent, but rice was a bit dry, same as some veggies which seem to wait quite long to be served. The place has a great potential to serve very good food, but with little clients inside it may be difficult to keep it up and running in high quality. There are vegan options within every category: bowls, noodles, soups. You can pay by card and it’s open longer than nearby vegan places.

Food was alright - Edit
A few vegan options but food that was meant to be hot was cold. We had nowhere else to eat so had to go here. Not bad for a last option place. #Veganuary

Ok food. Could be better - Edit
Ordered the vegan noodle soup. Wish there bowl was bigger and they were more generous with the broth, like how a hearty noodle soup should be.
Read moreBroth was nice and pleasant but too many crunchy vegetables that made the dish harder to eat. Could be better if they made some alterations to the vegan noodle soups and had more vegan options

Ganz gut - Edit

Lots of vegan choices! - Edit
I really appreciated the fact that half of their menu is vegan/vegetarian, which gives a big amount of choices. I tried the lemongrass noodles, which was lacking some taste but when I added spicy oil and soy sauce it tasted nice.

Vegan options available, fast food - Edit
They offer several vegan options and the food is really fast served.
Read moreUnfortunately it is a big portion of rice and a little portion of sauce. For vegetables you have to pay an extra charge. In the normal sauce there is only coconut milk, corn, carrots and a little bit sprout - to less vegetables for my taste. In addition we had the lemongrass soup, indicated as vegan. It tastet really like meat and nobody of the staff members could explain, why the soup has this taste. It hasn't tasted like lemongrass.
Pros: Really fast food , Range of vegan food
Cons: Lemongrass soup doesn't taste like lemongrass, Doesn't worth the money in my opinion

Big portions and lots of vegan options - Edit
Really liked this spacious though cozy restaurant. The menu offers lots of vegan standard options, and some tasty extras to add to your bowls. The portions are quite big and really tasty. A good place to eat vegan when in Salzburg.

Warm and wholesome feeling - Edit
Variety of vegan and non vegan options (which is useful when not everyone you're with is vegan). Choose from curries, Dahl's and soups. Good add on options and all reasonably priced. I had the Indian dal masoor and it didn't disappoint. Nice portion size and I add crunchy nuts for extra protein.

Lots of vegan options - Edit
Lots of vegan options, especially liked the “indigo bowl” where you can design your own dish. The prices were fairly cheap for Salzburg. Only issue is that there aren’t many places to sit, I also found that the woman working there was rude to customers who pointed out a bug in their food.

Nice place - Edit
Nice location, where you can even sit outside if it's sunny. They have a nice range of vegan options, from sushis, salads or currys. The staff is nice and speaks English, which is always a plus when you're a tourist like I am. The atmosphere is very cosy as well. Overall, nice place, although I might have liked a bit more spices in my curry.

nice place, lacks quality - Edit
My Indigo is a rather big chain in Austria by now.
Read moreI like their veggie curry even though they still claim that they use Tofu whereas in fact it's soy chunks - which is hardly the same (taste-wise and especially texture-wise!). I remember the first time I've had it I was so confused, I thought they'd given me the chicken one and when asking, the girl assured me, it's tofu. well,...
Besides all that, I like this particular branch as you can sit outside when the weather is nice and it's a little off which helps create a rather relaxed atmosphere.
Prices (for Salzburg!) are more than ok, even though I find their sushi a little overpriced.
With the curry you can choose rice or couscous as a side dish - and if you ask nicely, you even get both :)
Food is nice, but usually lacks seasoning/spices. Also, it's prepared elsewhere and then just re-heated in the different branches. This might be rather regular with chains, but I don't appreciate it much. A friend of mine used to work for MyIndigo and after she told me about this, I'd rather not go anymore.
Conclusion: nice place, if you can't find anything else. but nowadays, there's plenty other options - even in Salzburg.
Pros: price, location
Cons: taste is a little boring, food is pre-prepared, then reheated

Good food, nice atmosphere - Edit
I really enjoyed the "Thai Veggie Curry", but it is very expensive. If you choose the bigger version of the Curry, it is enough, but sometimes if I take the regular meal I'm still hungry. But then I eat some Maki, filled with vegetables, and they're also really good.
Read moreI like this place but I don't go there often because it definately is expensive ( € 7,10 for a big Curry )

Not too bad - Edit
We had read about the other My Indigo's in Salzburg here on HappyCow. However, one day while walking into the centre from our hotel, we happened to see a sign for another My Indigo near our hotel, so one day we decided to check it out. I believe there are four My Indigo's in Salzburg.
Read moreWhen we arrived into this My Indigo, it had a nice clean and bright interior. It was also fairly quiet. The two girls working there are quite helpful and were able to help us know what everything was.
You first have to go to the counter and choose what you want. You can also create your own salad at the salad bar but there is not a great selection. There is an okay amount of vegetarian hot foods here, but nothing great or unique. It tastes good but nothing you'd not be able to make yourself at home. They also serve meat. But, as Austria is a hugely over-priced country, this was the most 'fair' of all the places we went to. It was still expensive, but compared to elsewhere in Austria, it was the best deal. Food was good and fairly filling. The portions could be bigger though.
I don't love this place but I don't hate it eiter. Basically it was the best place we ate in Austria, in terms of 'fairness' with price over quantity and quality. But nothing special.....
Pros: Quick service
Cons: Could be more veggie options, Small portions
