Has pre-design vegan salads on the menu which are the spicy tashmoo crunch, campground smok'n vegan, up island quinoa bowl. Or create your own salad. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-4:00pm.

Flavorful & healthy

I loved all the fresh produce and vegan protein options

Pros: All dressings are vegan, Tofu available and flavorful, Salad is overall a Large portion

Cons: Corn muffins are NOT vegan, Tofu portion was small

Weekly special which was arugala, peaches, almonds slivers, mint and green goddess dressing. I paid extra for added tofu at MV Salads in Oak Bluffs

Good salads and wraps

A couple solid, creative vegan salad options, plus wraps. Light airy indoor atmosphere. MV Salad merch, too.

Pros: Fresh ingredients, Open & light atmosphere, Creative vegan salads

Cons: Limited vegan options, Expensive
