Salad bar combinations, personalized and premade

This place has an easy format: either order a salad option off the menu or indicate to the staff which items you want included in your salad bowl. The fixed 5-item selection option is fun. My choices included tofu cubes; curried cauliflower; roasted mushrooms; lettuce and one other item. The salads are so large, I took the leftovers home, and needed two more installments to eat the remainder. Fresh and delicious.
