Excellent Experience

We had cold chocolate drink with syrup and coconut whipped cream. Great! We were also served a bit of their soft serve ice cream to taste - maybe next time. The waiter said that about 85% of their offerings are vegan.

Amazing!

The chocolate here may be the best I’ve ever had! The workers are super friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options, and they even let you sample their various bars of chocolates. The hot chocolate drinks are made with coconut milk, so they are vegan and you can even veganize the frozen hot chocolate by adding vegan whipped cream.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Friendly staff, Samples!!

Awesome Craft Chocolate

Amazing assortment of craft chocolates. You've never had hot chocolate like this before - try different flavors with a tasting flight.

Pros: Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, Two locations (Pacific and Front), Differentiated, high quality product

Closed :(

Despite hours posted online and on the door of the store saying they were open all day Saturdays, we went in the middle of the day and they were very closed :(

If you plan to go, call ahead! On the plus side it's near center of downtown Santa Cruz so you're close to other options. But if your heart was set on fancy chocolate you may have to go all the way to Dandelion in San Francisco.
