Nashville Hot Tempeh!

MCHC uses local tempeh from Avo’s for their vegan option and it’s amazing. It’s prepared gluten free and is more of a dry rub. All of their seasoning levels are great. My only gripe is that they have occasionally ran out of tempeh! This has happened maybe once out of 10 times, but has happened to me twice. Maybe it’s a good thing they’re selling out of their tempeh!

Pros: Lots of flavors, Locally made tempeh , Good vibes

Cons: Not many vegan options besides tempeh, Has occasionally ran out of tempeh
