蘑蔬室 素食窯烤披薩 is their name, direct translate means brick oven pizza, they offer dairy cheese and vegan cheese, so if you are vegan please tell them in advance, they also provide those vegetarian options that avoid wixin (garlic, chives, scallions, onions)
The pizza is definitely delicious, and the staff very friendly! There are a few things to improve, most notably the price/size ratio and the look of the place.
We ordered the two Taiwanese flavour pizza, with scallion 'beef' and kumquat and rosella (replaced with orange) with 'pork'. The tastes were super interesting and tasty, though neither of them was spicy at all, even though we asked for spicy. We also asked for vegan cheese, but I'd be pushed to say I tasted any of that. I'm gonna guess they added it, but very little of it.
I am aware that Western food is more expensive in Taiwan, and it must be down to imported ingredients and different means of preparation. But with paying over 1000NTD for two people for two pizzas and two drinks, I expect to feel more satisfied. The portions are small, and the vegan cheese and spicy-ness advertised were missing.
I also thought the ambiance could be better. The glasses that you could use for water had an odour to them, and the decoration just didn't seem thought out at all. The lady that saw to us was very friendly, so I will give them top marks for customer attentiveness!

Tasty pizza, homemade vegan cheese - Edit
Crust was nice. Got the mushroom and truffle pizza with vegan cheese which hit the spot. Price to pizza size was a bit expensive.
