I'm not even the biggest fan of mushrooms, but the brunch we bought here and ate on the canal nearby was incredibly tasty. Tried both wrap and drop doughnuts in mushroom & spicy sauce, then topped off with (yes, vegan) crème brûlée doughnuts and Vietnamese coffee (IIRC) Lion's Mane extract. Superb.
While we were chatting with the owner, several people popped by to buy what were probably the most photogenic fresh mushrooms I've ever seen (I didn't take any photos but check his FaceBook page).
Well worth organising your Saturday morning around.

Best thing in Dublin - Edit
Seriously, why only one review?? If you’re in Dublin on a Saturday you MUST go there. The most creative food and the freshest mushrooms. 😍

Pros: Covers all the bases, Super engaged plant-based food chef, Freshest mushrooms you'll ever have
Cons: Not a huge amount of choice if you're fussy
