Platitos con setas y champiñones locales - Edit
El señor que lleva el food truck es majísimo y todas las semanas tiene opciones diferentes con setas que cultiva él mismo. Tiene además muchas opciones de salsas veganas para acompañar. Nosotros probamos un sándwich ruben con setas y pepinillos super rico. Como fuimos casi a la hora de cierre el dueño nos regaló un donut vegano, volveré seguro

I'm not even the biggest fan of mushrooms, but the brunch we bought here and ate on the canal nearby was incredibly tasty. Tried both wrap and drop doughnuts in mushroom & spicy sauce, then topped off with (yes, vegan) crème brûlée doughnuts and Vietnamese coffee (IIRC) Lion's Mane extract. Superb.
Read moreWhile we were chatting with the owner, several people popped by to buy what were probably the most photogenic fresh mushrooms I've ever seen (I didn't take any photos but check his FaceBook page).
Well worth organising your Saturday morning around.
