We came for lunch, the food tastes like home. It’s good to know that they just use organic 💚

Goxoa eta atsegina - Edit
Bazkari ederra egin genuen. Lehen plater bezala entsalada (self-service) eder bat nahi adina kargatzeko aukera izan genuen, MUNDIALA zegoena, bertako hainbat produktu gehitu zitzaizkiokeelarik. Bigarren platera ere oso goxoa eta postre aukera ederrak.
Read moreZerbitzu aldetik, bi zerbitzariak oso jatorrak ziren eta adi-adi ibili ziren, platera bukatu eta segituan datorrena zerbitzatzeko prest. Errepikatzeko moduko jatetxe veganoa dudarik gabe, aupa zuek!

Organic and Vegan at its best - Edit
The vibe of the Museo del Organo best represents the Basque country and its friendliness.
Read moreThe locally grown organic food meets the Mediterranean cuisine with a perfectly pinch of local identity. We had half course, buffet salad, moussaka and stirfried veggies.
The salad was just perfect, mustard greens, rice, vinaigrette, olives, kale, beetroots, carrots and more greens.
The vegan Mousska with soy granules was tasty and the veggies were a surprising flavourful stir-fry.
I'm the end the chocolate cake spiced with cardamom was sublime.

yommi and nice restaurant - Edit
We were in Vitoria and wanted to eat vegan oder vegetarian. Another restaurant just around the corner was not open, so we found Museo del Órgano and were very happy about it: A two or four course menu was offered. There were three different dishes to choose from for each course and all were delishious. The waitress was very friendly. We would definitely recommend it to everyone and as the spot wasn't on happy cow yet, I decided to add a restaurant here for the first time😄

Nice try - Edit
I usually never eat in places that arent fully vegans, but the only two vegan places in the city were closed for holidays, so i had to do something else, i tried this one and it was quite nice. Menu del dia, with salad buffet and some vegan options, quite healthy and tasty. Its been open for decades. Check my full reviews on my Youtube channel Israel V trips:

Me encantó - Edit

Hacen especial atención a alergenos e intolerancias. Hay medio menú a 12€ y menú completo a 16€. Local recientemente renovado y productos de kilometro cero de productores alaveses. La tarta de zanahoria, super rica!

Triste - Edit

Nice meal in a casual place - Edit
The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday, 13:00 to 16:00; closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays. The menu costs 14 euros and includes: first dish (salad buffet, fresh juice or another option), second dish (veggie soup), thirth dish (three options to choose), dessert, bread and filtered tap water. There is at least one vegan option and at least one organic option for both dishes and desserts. I recommend the salad buffet for the first dish, because there are a lot of ingredientes and sauces, many of them organic and vegan. You can see the daily menu in their website in Spanish (http://www.museodelorgano.com/). There also are organic and fair-trade coffee, soy-milk, teas and other organic drinks (wine, beer, cider...). Call to reserve a table for large groups.
