Fresh & hearty sushi rolls

The vegan sushi options & seaweed salad are fresh and delicious. Modifications can be made. It's a shame with such unique rolls and with such a beautiful atmosphere that they don't expand their vegan options. It would be nice to have a hot dish as an option as well. Service is excellent.
