Was visiting Downham Market (Friday market ) When chanced upon this vegan food truck. It was nearing the end of the day so they didn’t have much left. We bought up the remaining samosas, onion bhajis and pakoras. I couldn’t wait to get home and try but the smell wafting up from the bag was amazing. Had a try of each on the way home. Beautiful food, had a bit of a kick to it. The mum and daughter running the stall were so nice. All freshly made on the day. They also serve a different curry each time. They said they were trialling Downham for 8 weeks but are at Ely market regularly.
