Good healthy options - Edit
Note that HappyCow doesn’t allow five stars for non vegetarian spots, so three stars here is really more like 4 stars. Ordered takeout and can’t complain!

This chain offers counter serve bowls, with mixing a base, protein, and vegetables. You can mix and match, or order a standard bowl. Though not all vegetarian, there are enough vegan items to make a decent meal. The food is healthy, the seating is basic (though it seems more geared for takeout)--in all, a nice place to go if you want a quick bite.
