Amazing vegan bakery! - Edit
One of the nicest vegan bakeries I ever visited. They have lots of savory and sweet bakery goods, different kinds of breads, baguettes and cookies. Everything we had was delicious!

One of the best vegan bakery ever tasted - Edit
I am French, qnt their vegan croissants have surpassed anything I've ever had before. Going in there were so many options that we thought "it can't be, maybe only this shelf is vegan"

What a find! - Edit
We came just before close and managed to get some bread, a cookie and a corn and cheese savoury. The bread was fluffy and everything I hoped the famous Japanese bread would be. The cookie wasn’t sweet and was maybe wholemeal based. The corn and cheese savoury was delicious and was my top pick.

Bakery with very extensive choice! - Edit
Based on the one previous review, we headed to this road station, not totally sure what we would find. It was a cornucopia of baked goods - overwhelming! I went wild in the aisles, buying the chocolate roll, blueberry bun, pumpkin bun, focaccia, another veggie roll, baguette, a sandwich with a bean paste and soft cheesy spread, cheese bun and a red bean bun. Everything was great - esp the pumpkin roll and focaccia. This was also a gorgeous spot to sit outside and eat.

An Amazing All Vegan Bakery!! - Edit
What a surprise to find this all vegan bakery inside the Kobuchizawa Road Station! We didn't see the vegan sign initially, and were surprised to see the lack of eggs and milk listed as allergens on the bakery items tags. So, we asked the staff, and they confirmed that everything was vegan. They had a huge variety of breads, pastries, and sandwiches. We bought a curry bread, French toast, chocolate roll, melon pan, and a canelé, but there was so much more we wanted to get. Really looking forward to stopping by again!
