not that nice - Edit
The noodle portion was small and it felt like mostly noodles with a small amount of veg. I would have liked more protein.

Cosy with amazing food - Edit
So cosy and small with terrifically good food. Beautifully made.
Read moreThe fat roll kimbap is so tasty! And the crispy seaweed rolls kimmari, spot on. Bibimbap ‘beef’ is spicy with great mix of veggies.
Small space was busy and constantly turning over, expertly managed by very efficient and kind lady.
Pros: Fat roll kimbap, Crispy fried seaweed rolls kimmari, Bibimbap ‘beef’

Overpriced :/ - Edit
Not sure how much it’s just expensive because London but a Korean restaurant charging so much for banchan blows my mind a little. Then £2.5 for a plain bowl of rice? And ~£7 for five little chicken nuggets posing as Korean fried chicken? Feels like they are pushing the novelty of a vegan Korean restaurant without veganising the actually hard to get Koreal meals

Yum - Edit
Super yummy food, different from the usual meals we'd be able to get elsewhere. Absolutely full of flavor and super friendly service. Would recommend the tteobokki and the chicken, but everything was 10/10. Order in-store or directly via the website if you can.

Best food in London - Edit
That was, hands down, the best food I had in London. I've been in London for a week and I had to go there twice and eat the same thing again because it was SO delicious!
Read moreIt's a very small place so we had wait both times outside for an empty table. The staff is so incredibly nice! I had the best time there. I recommend the Bulgogi!

Went here for a small dinner and even though I couldn’t get a seat, the take away was done in jiffy. I ordered the veggie pancake and the crispy seaweed wraps and they were delicious! The owner (I’m guessing) was also very heartwarming and kind. I highly recommend 🥰

Disappointing - Edit
I'm really sorry to say this, but it was the worst Korean food I've tried in my life. Dry and tasteless.

So tasty! - Edit
Great food, a small but cozy place - a must try! I came for Korean fried chicken, it wasn’t marked on the menu (it is marked on a wall though) and I forgot to order it - so I need to be back very soon!

Absolute gem! Delicious Korean food! - Edit
A tiny place, but we got a couple stools at a counter (2 tables for four and 7 counter stools). Menu has apps, sides and mains. Food came out quickly and was so good! We had the fried seaweed rolls to start. They were awesome! I had Bibimbap with tofu, and my husband had the “beef” bulgogi with rice. Both were delicious and filling. And the service and hospitality were wonderful. Good food and experience.

I had never really eaten Korean food and wanted to give it a try as I usually like other Asian cuisines. I really liked it. We ordered several small dishes to share and try several things, and it all tasted amazing (particularly loved the kimchi pancake!)

Cozy Spot, Big Flavours – A Must for Vegan Korean Food Lovers 🇰🇷🌱 - Edit
Stumbled upon this cozy little gem in Shoreditch and was seriously impressed. MukBap might be small, but the food is bursting with flavour and clearly made with love.
Read moreWe shared the Beef Bulgogi (super savoury, tender texture), Tofu Bibimbap (comes with a delicious sauce – mix it in for max satisfaction), and Kimchi Fried Dumplings (crispy on the outside, tangy inside – SO good).
It’s a small space with limited seating, so expect to wait a bit or go early – but totally worth it. Feels like a proper home-style Korean meal, just plant-based!
Definitely adding this to my go-to vegan eats in London 🌱💚
Pros: Beef Bulgogi , Tofu Bibimbap , Kimchi Fried Dumplings

Too cute - Edit
Korean vegan restaurants are pretty rare so this is actually my first time having (authentic) tteokbokki and Korean fried “chicken”. It was quite spicy but not so much that you couldn’t taste anything else. Also the (I assume) owner was the sweetest person 🥰 plus, this is a small restaurant and not too fancy so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable to go alone. Only small downside is there is no toilet, but Liverpool Street station is relatively close.
