This place is just amazing. It is cozy, it has attitude, the ethics are strong and the food is delicious.
Read moreI first went there on a Saturday celebrating the world vegan day, and I fell in love with the energy of it and the people running the place.
I have been coming back, on a weekday to have lunch, and on other extra events that are arranged every now and then, like punk concert or julbord.
The quality of the food is always amazing!
The vibe is always great.
Strongly recommended!

Auf Empfehlung von frodofusili habe ich mit beiden das Restaurant besucht und war von den reichhaltigen Buffet begeistert. Es gab zudem Vorsuppen und Desserts und man konnte nach Herzenslust schlemmen! Der Weg nach Älmhult lohnt sich schon allein wegen dem Muff! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und man trifft nur nette Gäste.

I have been to their lunch buffet many times and its really great wholefoods plantbased. They have a very cosy venue and 2 nice outside seating areas, one on the walking street outside the front and one in a garden at the back.

They have a rack of second hand clothes that you can take/leave clothes from.
They also sell art from local artists.

I just love this wonderful restaurant. We were there for the Christmas buffet yesterday and it was lovely. Not only the food but the great atmosphere. The lunch buffet is also really good. Highly recommended.

Lovely vegan cafe that occationally arranges theme-evenings. Normally vegan but during events it is good to ask if the dishes are vegan.

We tried their delicious summer buffet, which included a bunch of small dishes and salads, as well as focaccia with various spreads, a apricot cake and coffee/tea. Everything felt genuine, homemade and healthy. The owner was really enthusiastic, and made everyone feel warmly welcomed, and the whole place has a very laid-back friendly vibe. A real gem in Älmhult.

Cosy place, super friendly and fast service, yummy food. We had the pasta and burger plate. I loved the pasta, the burger plate was a collection of different small dishes that didnt always combine so well (bit old skool ‘daily special’). Nice portions, very good quality for money!

A pearl of a place to eat, relax and have coffee or tea in Älmhult. Great vegan food (plus an egg dish for those in the need). Relaxed atmosphere, cool music and simply the nicest people, the kind of humans who make you want to come back just because they are there.
Read moreAnd then there's the food. Delicious, laid-back lunch buffet - it doesn't have a million choices, and I think this is a very good thing. They focus on doing fewer, quality dishes - and it shows. The buffet includes a selection of dishes inspired from all over the world, which somehow work really well together. Don't even get me started on the cakes and other desserts :-).
BTW, you don't need to be a vegan to enjoy this place. We had a "non-vegan" with us for lunch this time, and he really enjoyed it.

The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. We have been there for lunch buffet and it was great. Many different dishes which all were very tasty. The owner even brought me gluten free bread.
