not vegan friendly - Edit
we went here for my parents anniversary, I called and asked if there were vegan options and they told me many!
Read moreI got there are the black-bean burger has eggs in it and the impossible burger is served on a bun with milk in it.
When I asked the waitress (who was probably 30) what was actually vegan on the menu she said, "well obviously the tuna sandwich does not have meat in it, so that would be vegan"

Pros: getting drunk watching my family devour corpses
Cons: the total lack of vegan options , how this place has gone out of their way to , take vegan things and turn them into non-vegan

Good food! - Edit
So many vegan choices on the menu for a restaurant in Cape May. The beer and the food and the service were all very good. We had the hippie chick salad and the seitan chili with no cheese.

Great vegan options at a brewery! - Edit
The place is huge and outdoor seating is awesome on a nice day. We went for lunch, and I had the Hippie Chick with impossible burger add on. Very filling and tasted amazing. The beer was great too! They do flights which I always love when visiting a new brewery. Outdoor seating is also dog friendly. Checked all the boxes for us!

Vegan burger was tasty but tasted like a taco. Yummy fries. - Edit
Pretty good grub. Did the trick.

Very unexpected vegan find - Edit
The hippie chick salad is big and awesome! Unfortunately had an obnoxiously loud band there to the point where we had to move tables (and I was here for a country music fest, so I love music), but the manager handled it so well. Beer was good too. Would definitely go back.

Love Mudhen! - Edit
Mudhen Brewing is a staple for us in the off-season (not as crowded). They have a vegan chili but you have to ask to hold the cheese and cornbread crumbs. The Brussels Sprouts & Carrots are amazing! They have an Impossible burger but the roll is not vegan. This is stated on the menu and you can get it over lettuce. My favorite dish is the Hippie Chick salad. It’s huge! Mixed greens, sweet potatoes, roasted peppers, ancient grains, chik peas and walnuts. It’s amazing.

A few good options & fun place to be! - Edit
I think my dish was called the hippie chick salad. It’s delicious and more than enough food! They also have the impossible burger and some Brussels sprouts that sounded yummy.
