NO LONGER VEGAN FRIENDLY - Edit
Since the near closure (Dec 2023), their adjusted menu has no vegan options. Allegedly still available for order on a very limited basis.

Tasty Vegan Cheesecake - Edit
I tried a vegan slice and a gluten-free vegan slice. Both were good but I do prefer the gluten version slightly better…just slightly. I tried a cherry slice and a raspberry slice. Both were yummy flavors. There were at least 5 vegan options from which to choose.
Read moreThe slices were served frozen, which was unexpected. I let it thaw for a couple of hours and it was perfect for eating.

Muddy Paws Cheesecake has been a staple in the Twin Cities for 10+ years and offers multiple vegan slice options daily (at least 5 options, but usually more), and whole cheesecakes on pre-order.
Read moreYou can't go wrong with any of their flavors, and they have gluten-free vegan options too. I'm always amazed at the sheer variety and inventiveness of their offerings.
While you can get other vegan cheesecake at spots in the Twin Cities, Muddy Paws stands out for longevity and quality.
