Best local Hawaiian style food on the island - Edit
We had an amazing night out at the Mud Hen Water! There were so many options on the menu that were vegan or easily veganized (swapping out butter for olive oil). All the food was delicious, we had the Peanut Tofu, Pohole, Lotus Root, Ulu, and fresh bread. The servers are super knowledgeable; they know what vegan means and are very helpful in making suggestions. The flavors are divine, the dishes are so creative, and all made with local ingredients (there is a map included on the menu from where the ingredients are sourced). The atmosphere is very welcoming and perfect for a date night or get together with family and friends. Would highly recommend going here!
