So delicious and cheap omg - Edit
Wow the variety and flavours are wonderful. Vegan protein and vegan cheese at no extra cost has been hard to come by on my Canadian travels until now! The staff were delightful too. It was a lot fresher, tastier and more generous portions than your average Chipotle. I built my own bowl of brown rice, charred corn, plant based protein crumble, romaine lettuce, black beans, roast Chickpeas, fajita veg, vegan cheese, picco de galo, grilled pineapple salsa, pickled onions, avocado and avocado-lime vinegarette. I've also ordered vegan birthday cake and double chocolate cookie dough for desert. ALL FOR $9.45, that's £5.32 in my currency 😱 amazing.

Exceptional service - Edit
We were served by the owner, who was short-handed and extremely busy, manning the ice cream counter and the burrito counter by himself at lunch time (essentially two restaurants at once.) Because it was hectic, my bowl got mixed up with my partner’s, and ended up with sour cream on it. The owner immediately noticed the mistake, but I told him it was fine— He was so absurdly busy, I planned to just eat around it— however he INSISTED on remaking it completely dairy-free for me.
Read moreLunch was delicious, and afterward we tried the attached ice cream shop (la diperie) for some vegan cookie dough. The owner also informed us that aside from the “vegan” section on the menu, there are many other vegan-friendly options, including a large selection of smoothies.
(HappyCow does not allow 5 stars for establishments that aren’t fully veg, but in my books this was a 5 star experience! )
Pros: Knowledgeable staff, Open late, Lots of options
