Vegan Options

It's hard to find vegan options beyond simple avocado/cucumber rolls, so having 2 or 3 real rolls was nice. They did put them in the same box as my (non-vegan) family's rolls though.

Vegan options were great

Ordered the Jade roll, the natto roll, & vegetable roll. They were all vegan and I liked the Jade roll & vegetable roll more than the natto roll. My partner got the ginger tofu teriyaki and asked it for the vegan version (the tofu normally has eggs in the frying batter). The tofu was super yummy & vegetables were great too. Although the menu is mostly not vegetarian, there are a few vegetarian options which can be made vegan!

Pros: can make a few dishes vegan, most vegetable rolls are vegan

Cons: a lot of dishes are not vegan
