Not veggie friendly at all - Edit
I understand there are two locations, this is for the original Mrs Macs. Out of a huge menu, the only veggie options was a veggie sandwich and the veggie burger. We ate there as a family member wanted to eat there and indeed the burger was quite good.
I don't think this place should be listed as vegetarian friendly. Be warned.
Pros: Tasty burger
Cons: Hardly any vegetarian food.
