An okay choice for a quick bite at Haneda - Edit
In International Terminal before security on 4F. Few options at Haneda, and this is one of them. Bun or wrap with cucumber, tomato, lettuce, hummus, and some kind of tomato/red pepper spread. Not the best but not bad either. I do appreciate it was clearly labeled and that they have a veggie option at all.

Got the vegetarian in a wrap, was good for food before the flight. However went back for a second one and they had run out (around 13:30)! Nevertheless, was good for the limited vegan options at Haneda.

Delicious hummus wrap - Edit
Easily one of the tastiest vegan meals I ate in Japan, just make sure to switch the bread to a wrap for the hummus and veggie sandwich. Ask questions about eggs in the bread!

Haneda Airport isn’t exactly a vegan paradise, but a solid option for hungry travelers can be found at Mrs. Istanbul, in the Japanese-themed shopping area that can be found before you go through security in the International Terminal.
As far as I can tell, they only have one veggie option, the Veggie Humus Sandwich, but it was flavorful and filling. What vegan doesn’t love hummus?? The gentleman behind the counter was so nice and spoke English too. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat this again, but if you’re hungry at Haneda, check it out.
