Good for vegan grocery and deli options - Edit
This store has a lot of vegan options. I love that it is more of a "mom and pop" style store than a big chain. My only complaint is that the items tend to be pricey (although I live in Maryland and am aware prices in Connecticut tend to be more expensive in general, as I was born and raised in Connecticut). However, the few times I have been in Mrs Greens there have been good sales on certain items.

Best HF/deli in the Stamford area - Edit
A full-tilt "health food" store, HUGE selection with a VERY nice "deli" section featuring many vegetarian/vegan made-on-premises items, both hot and cold. Small eat-in seating section if you're too hungry to wait until you get home. Prices not unreasonable for the quality.
